Another leg - another hot STATE

Despite the obvious desire to just put down for a full stop, get cool, have dinner, and SLEEP, the stalwart crew decided to push on one more leg to Arkadelphia, Arkansas. It is a bit longer than the Waco run but while the winds are favoring the team and the desire to make up lost time, they felt compelled to push on regardless of the discomfort.

The Purple Hearts taxied out and took off at approximately 17:20 central for a fly-by to start the timing line. When the ladies reach Arkansas airspace that will be the THIRD state of the day and ALL of them have been (as Buster Poindexter might say) 'HOT HOT HOT.'

Looks like the Purple Hearts will have some sleepover company in Arkadelphia! This screen capture is at around 18:05 central with 2/3 of the trip to go. The ladies are dancing fast now averaging in excess of 150 miles per hour!
