Arkadelphia and FULL STOP in sight

Well finally rest is just about 10 miles away as of 19:12 central. The crew will call when the airport is in sight and will set-up for the final fast fly-by of the day. All in all it was an extremely productive day considering the crew was not even sure when they woke up this morning if they would have a chance to finish the race at all.

Our thanks to the amazing folks back in Albuquerque for their tenacious attitude, hard and fast work to find and fix our rudder so quickly. Time for a hot meal, a hot shower, and a soft bed! See you tomorrow!

The crew did the official fly-by at 19:15 central at an amazing 161 miles per hour. That is not a big deal for some newer or more powerful planes but for a 36 old filly that is not half bad ... must be that second rudder on board that gives em such a good push!
